Data deletion
You can disconnect a network, remove Rushly AI's access from the network itself, or ask for your whole account to be erased. Here is what happens in each case.

1. Disconnect a network from Rushly AI
In the app, on the "Social accounts" page, press "Disconnect". Rushly AI then revokes its access with the network when the network allows it, erases the access tokens of that account right away, and cancels the posts that were waiting. Your posting history (the video's id on the network, status, link) is erased within 7 days, and in any case 30 days after each post.
2. Remove access from the network
- Google / YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (or https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions), then "Rushly AI", "Remove access". The data tied to your channel (tokens, upload history) is erased within 30 days; your account can no longer post until you reconnect it.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Connected apps (or https://www.tiktok.com/setting), then "Rushly AI", "Remove access".
- Instagram: Settings, Websites and apps (or https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/), then "Rushly AI", "Remove". Meta notifies us: the connected account is forgotten, pending posts are cancelled, and if you ask Meta to delete your data, the Instagram history is erased and Meta gives you a confirmation code that this page displays.
A network account you haven't used in Rushly AI for 30 days is forgotten automatically: reconnect it to post again.
3. Delete your Rushly AI account
In the app: "Account", "Your data", "Delete my account". To confirm, you type your account's email address; if you last logged in more than 10 minutes ago, you log in again first.
Everything is then erased right away: your videos and all their files, your connected network accounts (Rushly AI revokes its access when the network allows it), your posting history, your profile and your settings. A running subscription is cancelled on the spot: the period already started is not refunded and the remaining credits are lost, as are affiliate commissions not yet paid out. An email confirms the deletion.
We only keep, without your name, what the law requires (invoices, proof of the terms accepted), as the Privacy policy says. A copy of a video's transcript may stay for 72 hours at most, then it is erased.
Can't log in any more? Write to hello@rushly-ai.app from your account's email address: we erase everything within 7 days.
Your videos (footage, audio, transcript, edited videos) are erased 30 days after they are created anyway, without asking.
4. What Rushly AI receives from the networks, and what it sends
When you connect an account, Rushly AI receives the account's id, its handle, its profile picture and access tokens, stored encrypted. When you post, Rushly AI sends the network the edited video, its title or caption and the settings you chose (visibility, comments…), nothing else.
