Terms of sale and use
These terms apply to your use of Rushly AI and to its subscriptions. They are written to be read.
Last updated: 2026-11-10
1. Who we are, and what this is about
Rushly AI is an online service published by Kilian Adam EI (see the Legal notice). “Rushly AI” is the trade name of the service. It edits, for you, vertical videos you have already filmed, for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: you upload your video, pick a style, and get the edited video back.
These terms apply to any use of the service and any subscription. By creating an account, you accept them. Before paying, you also accept them by ticking a box on the payment page.
2. Your account
You may use Rushly AI if you are legally able to enter into a contract. Your account details must be accurate, and you are responsible for access to your account: keep your login details private and tell us at hello@rushly-ai.app if you think someone else has used them.
3. Plans, prices and credits
Rushly AI offers several subscription plans (Solo, Creator, Pro), payable monthly or yearly. What each plan includes, its price and the number of credits it gives each month are those shown on the Pricing section of the website and in the app on the day of your order, then repeated on the payment page before you pay.
Prices are in euros (€, taxes included) or in dollars ($, before any sales tax, which is then added at payment), depending on the currency you choose. The seller's VAT status: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. When VAT applies, it is included in the price shown and itemised on your invoice.
A video costs credits, in proportion to the length of your footage. The cost is shown before you start the edit. Credits are taken when the edit of the video succeeds: an edit that fails costs you nothing.
Credits do not roll over. Those left at the end of a month are replaced, at renewal, by the credits of your plan. On a yearly plan, you pay once for the year and your credits are given back every month.
Some features may be marked “Soon” or “beta”: they may change or not be open yet, and are not part of your plan until they are available.
We may change plans and prices. A change does not apply to a period you have already paid for, and we email you before it applies to your subscription. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
4. Ordering and paying
You order from the app. You choose a plan, then reach the payment page of our provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin). It shows the plan, the price taxes included, the billing rhythm and the automatic renewal. There you tick the single box that accepts these terms and asks for the service to start right away (described below), and pay. The payment button is an order with an obligation to pay: by clicking it, you subscribe and you owe the price shown.
Payment is made by the methods offered on the payment page. It is taken when you subscribe, then at each renewal. Your access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
You receive an email confirming your order (plan, price, renewal date, what you accepted), then an invoice and a receipt from Stripe for each payment. Your invoices stay available under “Card and invoices”.
5. Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (every month, or every year for a yearly plan), for the same length and at the price then in force, until you cancel it. There is no minimum term.
6. Changing plan
You can change plan from your account (“Card and invoices”). The payment portal shows you the amount before you confirm. If the new plan gives more credits per month, the difference is added right away, once. If it gives fewer, the change applies the following month.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you want, without writing to us, from your account: “Cancel my subscription”. It is free. You receive a confirmation with the effective date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Until then, your access and your credits stay open. When the subscription ends, the remaining credits are set to zero and your account goes back to the trial. Your videos are erased 30 days after they are created, as for every account.
The price of a period already started is not refunded pro rata after cancellation, except in the cases described under “Refunds”.
8. Discounts
Offer to stay. When you want to cancel a monthly subscription, we may offer you 30% off the next 3 months, on the plan you already have. You can accept it or cancel anyway. This offer is made only once per customer, cannot be combined with another discount already running, and does not change your credits. The regular price comes back after the 3 months.
Welcome offer. When a welcome offer is shown, its terms (plan and rhythm concerned, length, first subscription of the account) are those shown with the offer. It applies only once.
A discount is calculated on the price in force. The reference price is the one we charge the rest of the time.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you act as a consumer, you have in principle 14 days from the date you subscribe to withdraw, without giving a reason (articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
But before paying, you ask for the service to start right away, and you give up that right. You do it by ticking a box on the payment page, which is never ticked in advance. It accepts these terms and carries this text: “I ask for the service to start right away and, as it is provided immediately, I give up my 14-day right of withdrawal.” Without this box, you cannot pay. We keep the proof of your request (your account, the date, the version of these terms, the text you ticked), and we remind you of it in the confirmation email (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the law does not allow this waiver in your case, your right of withdrawal stays whole: write to us at hello@rushly-ai.app within 14 days, you will be refunded, paying only for the part of the service you have already used (article L. 221-25).
10. Refunds
If a payment is taken by mistake (double payment, an amount that does not match what you ordered), we refund you. Write to us at hello@rushly-ai.app.
A refund goes back to the payment method used, within 14 days after we agree. When a payment is refunded in full, the credits of the month are set to zero. For a partial refund, you keep your credits.
Apart from these cases and your legal rights, a period already started is not refunded.
11. Failed edit, credits kept
An edit has failed when the service cannot produce the video. In that case, no credit is taken, and you can run the edit again.
Taste is subjective: the style you choose is applied, but we cannot guarantee you will like the result. Running the AI edit again is free, and you can try another style.
12. Legal guarantees
Rushly AI is a digital service. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (articles L. 224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code): if the service does not conform, you may ask for it to be brought into conformity, then, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation with a refund under the conditions set by law.
These guarantees come in addition to what these terms say, and these terms do not limit them.
13. Your videos and their rights
You remain the owner of your videos and of the edited videos. You only allow us to process them to provide the service. You guarantee that you hold the rights to what you upload (image, voice, music, people filmed) and that it is not unlawful.
What we do with your videos (storage, retention, providers) is explained in the Privacy policy.
If you post from Rushly AI to a network, you decide each post, and it is subject to that network's rules. By connecting a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); likewise for TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/terms-of-service/en) and Instagram (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870). You can disconnect a network at any time; the Data deletion page says what is erased then.
Rushly AI, its editing styles, its software and its brand remain the property of the publisher.
14. What is not allowed
You must not upload unlawful content (hateful, violent, child sexual abuse material, infringing), nor try to disrupt the service, bypass its limits or resell it without permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
15. Availability and liability
We use reasonable means to keep the service running, without guaranteeing that it is available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and does not cover indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
16. The referral program
You can invite other people with your link and earn a commission on their payments. This program is governed by its own terms, which do not change these ones and are published with the program. If they contradict these terms about the referral program, they apply.
17. If you buy for your business
The rules specific to consumers (right of withdrawal, legal guarantees of conformity, mediation) benefit you only if you act as a consumer within the meaning of the law. If you buy for your business, when VAT applies and you give a valid VAT number, it may be itemised excluding tax on the invoice, and the other rules of these terms apply.
18. Personal data
How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy.
19. Complaints, mediation and governing law
If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@rushly-ai.app. We reply within a few days.
These terms are governed by French law. For consumers, the competent courts are those provided by law.
20. If the company that publishes the service changes
The publisher may transfer this contract to another company that takes over the service, provided the service and your rights stay the same. You are told in writing before the transfer, and you can cancel free of charge if you do not accept it (article 1216 of the French Civil Code).
21. Changing these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one online on the day you order; the version and update date are shown on this page and in your confirmation email. For a running subscription, a change that works against you applies only after we have notified you by email, and you can cancel before then.
