A screen is blocking the install?
macOS won't open the file
That's normal the first time. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, then click “Open Anyway”.
The browser blocks the download (Windows)
Edge or Chrome may say “not commonly downloaded”. Click “…” next to the file, then “Keep”, then “Keep anyway”.
Windows shows a blue screen
That's normal too. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
Rushly doesn't show up in Premiere
Quit Premiere completely, relaunch it, then go to Window > Extensions > Rushly.
I can't sign in to Rushly
Use your account email. Picked your password on your phone, or forgot it? Click “Mot de passe oublié ?” (Forgot password?) under the field, or reset it at rushly-ai.app/en/forgot-password.
